The all conquering Canadian juggernaut Transforce, or TFI, has added another US company to it's portfolio; UPS Freight.🇨🇦
For 800 Million, the Montreal based company has bought the UPS LTL trucking division, UPS Freight.
Apparently it'll operate under the moniker "TForce Freight" which is kinda lame.
UPS will retain all other assets; parcel service, air freight, etc.
